Since the reminder of RioVistaVilla.com covers the home extensively, we have reserved this area to highlight a few of the interior features we may have overlooked such as:
Carpeting: All carpet in the home is new within the last 14 months.
Light Fixtures: All light fixtures on the first floor are new within the past 14 months.
Fireplace: The wood burning fireplace in the great room was inspected and cleaned in February 2009. This can be converted back to wood burning with minimal effort and or expense.
Wood Trim: Coming from the south where is is fairly uncommon to have extensive wood trimming we have thoroughly enjoyed the “warmth” this adds to a room. And in this home the builder did not miss a single opportunity to add this quaint touch.
