Having great neighbors can be the difference in loving your home or resenting it! Thankfully your neighbors at 6729 Rio Vista Court are simply amazing.

To the left of the home is a retired physician who now operates a small farm. He and his family are wonderful people who keep to themselves but are always willing to stop and chat if you happen to see them in the field.

To the right of the property are two of the most wonderful neighbors one could hope for. Both retired, one is a surgeon and the other happily retired from General Motors. We see and get together with them often. That said, the beauty is , since each of the properties on the court have over six acres, you still have complete a total privacy.

The rest of the neighborhood consists of business owners, physicians and attorneys. Most have small to mid sized families and the community has been holding an annual “block party” for years.

Here in Springboro Estates you really do get the best of both worlds; great neighbors and yet you still enjoy your privacy.
